Accomplishments on County Commission

• Eliminated a quarter-million dollars of unnecessary spending by bringing our public relations in-house

• Eliminated a full-time position in the commission office

• Reorganized an entire department to eliminate expensive management positions

• Implemented a county-wide compensation study, including $3.5 million to public safety with no property tax increase

• Streamlined various commission meetings to allow staff to spend more time focusing on their responsibilities
